Magdalena is a strategic advisor to start-ups and early stage companies, with a strong focus on female founders. She brings Feminine principles into the board rooms.

She has designed, managed, consulted, directed, and advised projects and companies globally for over 18 years. She is currently launching Wellist Week in Miami. She has founded and managed a conscious hospitality operation in New York City - The Assemblage-, launched a conference in Paris -PAUA-, created several global communities and gatherings, and worked as an architect in Hong Kong, Dubai and Doha. She also holds two Masters degrees from Columbia University and Swiss Polytechnic.

Magdalena's inspiration is sourced from the feminine realms and lunar cycles, embracing the intuitive and cyclical nature of womanhood. Having recently become a mother, she is now dedicating her time, resources, network, and experience to support founders and the (re)inclusion of Feminine principles, such as intuition, beauty and cyclicality, into our civilisation, within and beyond.
