Magdalena Sartori is a strategic advisor, entrepreneur, architect, and community builder, weaving together the worlds of business, wellness, and feminine wisdom.

Her work explores how wisdom and capital can intersect, sourcing inspiration from our intuition and humanity and guided by the cycles of nature.

VENTURES

Over the past 18 years, Magdalena has designed, founded, advised, and led projects globally across Europe, the United States, the Middle East, and Asia.

Her background spans architecture, conscious hospitality, community platforms, and founder ecosystems. She has worked as an architect in Hong Kong, Dubai, and Doha, collaborating with international firms including Ateliers Jean Nouvel and RMJM.

She co-founded The Assemblage in New York City — a holistic coworking and coliving platform operating across three buildings in Manhattan — and PAUA , a Paris-based annual conference and global community at the intersection of business and spirituality.

She holds two Master’s degrees from Columbia University and École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne.

YIN

Magdalena is the founder of Yin Ventures, an early-stage platform supporting women founders through advisory, capital raising, and angel co-investment structures.

She is also the founder of Yin Institute, a global ecosystem for women founders, leaders, and investors exploring cyclical, wisdom-led approaches to building and resourcing ventures. Since 2017, Yin Institute has convened thousands of women through circles, accelerators, and curated gatherings.

She is currently launching and curating Wellist, an international convergence for the wellness economy, debuting in Miami in April 2026.
